RETURNS / EXCHANGE policy

BLANK APPAREL

Products that have not been printed (blank) may be returned for an exchange or refund if:

-The garment/s ordered are the wrong size (we encourage use of available sizing guides).

-The garments are considered faulty (manufacturing defects / quality issues).

-The garment is unworn, unwashed and free from dirt.

-It is accompanied by the original tags (where possible or applicable).

-It is accompanied by a proof of purchase.

-The return / exchange is requested within 14 days of items delivered.

We encourage customers to order samples or do due diligence on item specs and colours before placing a bulk order.  Please refer to the size guides on the product pages.

CUSTOM PRINTED APPAREL

Items that have been custom printed or branded by Splashed NZ cannot be returned or exchanged unless any printing is considered incorrect or defective.

All efforts will be made to ensure customers are 100% committed to the design, layout and other specifics of a print job before any print work is done.
